Hi Folks,
   I will be scarce this week, as we will be going into the hospital to bring our 3rd child into the world on Monday. Rich will be there most of the week, taking care of things. Be sure to look for his first blog entry here sometime this week. It is sure to be interesting and informative.
   At least 1, possibly 2 tap selections should change this week. Keep an eye out for that. We have some real goodies in reserve!
  I am working on some more tastings, although this might be the first month of 2008 that we don't have one. With the baby coming and training new staff, I have not had the spare time to work on some otherwise very important things.
