This is a call to all of you who long for something totally different!
Captain Lawrence Brewing Company, which has no Long Island distribution, is located in upstate Pleasantville New York. One of our friends travels up there frequently, and has raved about their Beers for quite some time. I called Scott at the brewery, and arranged for Mike to pick up a keg of their Captain's Reserve Imperial I.P.A.
   I was going to wait another week or so to hook it up, but as luck would have it, Mike came in for some Sixpoint Righteous Rye, and the Keg ran out. I was going to hook up Sixpoint Sweet Action, but Mike was the catalyst for the Captain Lawrence, so how could I say no?
  We just sampled the stuff, and it's excellent!
So come in and fill up a growler of it soon!!!  If it is a hit, we will try the Smoked Porter next!
